My work covers full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing skilled site-based roles to senior project and design leadership positions with a strong focus on passive candidate sourcing, pipeline building, and clear communication with hiring managers.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated mom to my two-year-old son and enjoy surfing and spending time outdoors, which helps me maintain balance and stay grounded.
